Though Krizo started lifting weights when he was a teenager, he went pro in 2017. Notably, he won 13 out of 14 competitions he participated in. And after remaining an undefeated winner of IFBB Elite Pro for some time, Krizo aimed for the biggest competition of the sport. He made his debut on the coveted stage of Mr. Olympia in 2022 and ended up in 12th place, as he posted on his Instagram. Not satisfied with his preparation he shared, “I will have to pick smart. I’ll be looking for the least contested shows. I wasn’t happy with my conditioning at the Olympia because I know I can come in more conditioned than that. I was already too tired.”

With his eye-popping physique, Krizo has the ability to set an incredible new record. As now he is well aware of his shortcomings, it can be expected that the bodybuilder will come with a better package to showcase what he is made of. Lately, he shared his training routine where he divided each day by focusing on each section of his body. Fewer weights and more reps are definitely his mantras this year. In addition, Krizo shared his season’s diet to maintain his 290 lbs of jacked body. Clearly, his failure on the Olympia stage made him more resilient to come up even stronger in the Classic. In fact, some pros feel Krizo can win in Columbus with that ripped physique.

The beast impressed the veterans

While Krizo is proving to be a tough one to compete with for the participants, some former title holders think he has the acumen to claim it. Recently, Jay Cutler, Milos Sarcev, and Samir Bannout talked about him as a high-profile contender. Not only that, Krizo even got reassurance from former Arnold Classic winner Flex Wheeler.

Wheeler met Krizo on the eve of Mr. Olympia and after seeing his performance, envisioned him to be a probable winner of his next competition.
