Bodybuilding fans got their new Men’s Open Mr. Olympia champion in 2022 in the form of the Iranian bodybuilder Hadi Choopan. He defeated all the other possible contenders to clinch his first Mr. Olympia title. One of his toughest competitors and the then-reigning Mr. Olympia, Mamdouh Elssbiay A.K.A. Big Ramy, is one of the bodybuilders who couldn’t outclass Choopan this year. After the loss, the 2x Mr. Olympia uploaded an Instagram video and dropped a message for his fans.

Big Ramy took the setback like a champion. He received the fifth position with a smile and pride because he knew he gave his best. In the next morning after the event, Ramy took Instagram as a platform to interact with his followers. Moreover, he shared his emotions and made sure he let his fans know that he will be back stronger.
