Waking up at 4 am when half of the world is still asleep, Wahlberg recently shared a glimpse of his amazing workout with fans in a recent Instagram post. Doing reps enthusiastically with dedication, Wahlberg effectively exercised his leg muscles.

Attempting the Bulgarian splits, Wahlberg showcased unbelievable balance, coordination, and stability while doing reps without stopping. Here is a glimpse of the ‘Lone Survivor’ actor’s inspiring dedication to fitness that became viral on the internet, receiving more than 200,000 likes.

Dressed in a green T-shirt and shorts, Wahlberg can be seen performing Bulgarian split squats. Keeping one leg behind in an elevated position, Wahlberg effectively exercises the quadriceps of the other leg. Wearing gloves, Wahlberg holds a dumbbell in one hand while performing squats. He captioned this post, “4 am club @municipal @perform inspired. Lets go!” Reacting to Wahlberg’s tremendous efforts to stay fit, fans complimented Wahlberg, with a fan also saying that he looked better than Brad Pitt.

Earlier, the Planet of the Apes actor had also posted a video where he got up to work out at 4:58 am on a Sunday. Telling fans how nobody else showed up to work out so early at the gym, Wahlberg gave fans a glimpse of his muscular physique.  Recently appointed as F45’s Chief Brand Officer, Wahlberg also posted exciting training videos on Instagram to promote his franchise F45.  While dedicated to making F45 a roaring success, Wahlberg is equally dedicated to his acting career and had once achieved a shocking transformation for acting in a 2022 movie.

To put on weight to play an overweight character in this biological drama ‘Father Stu’, Wahlberg included 11, 000 calories every day as a part of his diet. Not only this, but Wahlberg also once force-fed himself to gain weight for this role. However, this is not all.

The Pain and Gain actor also included olive oil, eggs, bacon, steak, and a large quantity of rice as a part of his diet to put on weight for the role. His tremendous efforts helped him to gain 30 lbs in 42 days, which is regarded as a phenomenal feat by many.
