“Love His Support of His Wife”: Serena Williams Husband Alexis Ohanian Received High Praise From Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Ex-Wife Maria Shriver in 2021

Arnold Schwarzenegger, aka the “Austrian Oak,” is famous as a former bodybuilder, actor, and governor. His ex-wife, Maria Shriver, has no fewer fans herself. Maria Shriver used to work as a news anchor at CBS before she met Arnold Schwarzenegger.

With a following of 2.1 million on Twitter, Shriver never fails to make an impact on people who read their posts. Shriver once praised Alexis Ohanian for supporting his wife, Serena Williams, in the Australian Open.

Maria Shriver praised Alexis for his amazing t-shirt

Serena Williams is one of the most widely-known American Tennis players. Her husband, Alexis Ohanian, co-founder of Reddit, has supported her off-court and on-court. In February 2021, Alexis witnessed Williams’ match sporting a unique t-shirt.

His t-shirt said “Best Female Athlete“, with the word “Female“, struck off. Ohanian declared his wife the best athlete of all time, despite gender, and made a satirical remark about those who discriminate against female athletes.

Shriver Tweeted, “I dont know Alexis personally, but I gotta say I love his support of his wife @serenawilliams @alexisohanian“. In the comments, fans also appreciated Ohanian’s powerful statement tee.

Maria showed her support for women when Arnold Schwarzenegger won

This was not the first time Maria Shriver came forward to support women, directly or indirectly. In 2003, when Arnold Schwarzenegger won the gubernatorial election, Maria Shriver fastened her seatbelts as the state’s first lady.

Maria Shriver is a niece to John F. Kennedy, the 35th President of the USA. She had been around politics for most of her childhood, but this was the first time she stepped into it. Shriver was shocked to see the first lady’s office door labeled “Special Projects”. There was also no mention of any of the first ladies in the place that held pictures of all governors, and these instances came as a shock to her.
