IFBB-pro Jay Cutler is also turning 50 this year. However, the legendary bodybuilder looks nothing like he has lived for half a century. Well, to keep his fans young like him, Cutler has provided them with three secret anti-aging tips in the latest edition of his newsletter.

Jay Cutler is one of the biggest bodybuilders to compete in bodybuilding. Even after retiring from bodybuilding in 2013, Cutler never stopped looking massive. But the mammoth physique is not the only thing that makes him look extremely young. It takes disciplined training, a calculated diet, a healthy routine and much more to maintain health as he does.

However, Cutler didn’t go this deep while explaining the three basic yet powerful anti-aging tips for his fans. In the newsletter edition, Cutler gave the following tips to his fans. He wrote, “Here are 3 anti-aging strategies I like to use… #1 Hydrate- This is something everybody can do, there really is no excuse. This is where anti-aging begins!”

Cutler continued, “#2 Remove The Stress- We all have stress, that is life. Look at your life and cut the BS, that will age you, suppress you and hold you back. To keep your body young, life needs to be positive. #3 Don’t Get Fat- When you keep yourself in shape, it means that you age slower.” He also acknowledged that there are many more things that can be done, but this is perfect, to begin with. He added, “There are other anti-aging things I like to do, which I don’t always show online, but this really is the starting point. Sleep is also crucial, and something else you can’t compromise on if you want to take anti-aging seriously.”

As Jay Cutler is getting closer to completing a half-century on the planet, his hunger to remain young keeps elevating. Cutler has fabulously maintained his physique without any major injuries or issues throughout his bodybuilding career. Moreover, he continues to do so.

Recently, in Cutler’s podcast, he revealed his ‘fit for 50’ challenge and his current routine of drug use. He disclosed that as a part of the challenge, he has stopped the use of Trenbolone. Moreover, he revealed, “I’m on 200 [of TRT]. 200 Cypionate a week.”
