Andrew Jacked is among the most promising prospects who made their pro debut last year. Chinedu Andrew Obiekea grabbed the attention of the bodybuilding world after winning his IFBB pro card by competing in just one show in 2021. In 2022, the rookie won the Arnold Classic Amateur and Texas Pro. Going into the 2022 Mr. Olympia, the Nigerian bodybuilding star had a lot of hype behind him. However, he fell sick before the show and finished in eighth place.

After a disappointing performance, Andrew Jacked vowed to come back stronger for the upcoming Arnold Classic 2023. The 2022 Texas pro has been working hard to redeem himself. However, as the Arnold classic approaches, he has posted on social media, looking back fondly at his career so far.

Earlier, Andrew Jacked posted two photos of himself from last year’s Arnold Classic Amateur. In one photo, he is hitting the front-double bicep pose, and in another shot, he is hitting the abdominals and thighs pose. “Just 354 days (barely 1yr) I’ve been in this industry and it feels like I’ve been here for a long time,” wrote Obiekea in the caption of his post.

“Started out this journey on the grand stage of the Arnold Amateur (in) Columbus Ohio, March 2022,” wrote Jacked. “Now over 9 days and I’ll be there again but this time Chilling with them Big Boys,” added the 2022 Arnold Classic Mateur winner. Jacked also recounted how he performed in the bodybuilding shows in 2022.

“In 354 days (2022) I’ve achieved: Arnold Amateur Texas Pro Arnold Classic Uk, 8th Mr. Olympia,” Obiekea wrote in the caption. However, the bodybuilder could hardly believe the progress he made in a year. “Funny how life takes you on an adventure making it feels like a dream but existing in reality,” added Andrew Jacked. Obiekea is optimistic about his prospects and aims to surprise the bodybuilding world in the upcoming Arnold Classic 2023.

After placing 8th in last year’s Mr. Olympia, Andrew Jacked started working with a new coach and dietician. While he worked with George Farah for his Mr. Olympia prep, Obiekea is now working with Chris ‘Psycho’ Lewis. It’s evident from the videos the bodybuilder posts on his Instagram that Lewis is pushing Jacked to his physical limit.

Besides training with Lewis, the Arnold Classic Amateur winner is also working with Chris Aceto. Aceto is taking care of Obiekea’s diet. While appearing on the RX Muscle podcast, Aceto said, “Chris (Lewis) is pushing him as far as Chris thinks he needs to be pushed.” Aceto also believes that Andrew Jacked is constantly improving, and fans will see the best version of the rising star this year.
