Late at night on 15th February 2023, fitness influencer granny, Lesley Maxwell, shared another intense workout video. In this video, she smoothly pulled off the decline push-ups. While a regular push-up is tough, a push-up in a declined position pushes the difficulty level up a notch. Wearing a black and pink gym outfit, Maxwell aced the intense exercise with a smile. In the caption, she mentioned how others could gradually do it too.

Maxwell wrote, “Decline Push Ups. If you’re newer and can’t do these yet, progression goes like this: Wall Push Ups – Incline Push Ups – Half Push Ups (Knees on the Floor) – Floor Push Ups – Decline Push Ups.” Talking about strength and health, she added, “Such a great upper body exercise and easier than you think. A true indicator of strength and health, is being lean enough and strong enough to push your own bodyweight.”
