Ahead of Mr. Olympia 2022 championships, Chris Bumstead has left no stone unturned for the competition. The Canadian bodybuilder is working hard to defend his title and claim his fourth consecutive win. The bodybuilder cum YouTube content creator has kept his fans updated about his physical and mental health and has also shared some glimpses of his training routine.

Just a couple of days before the prestigious competition, CBum took to social media to give his followers a final update about his physique via pictures. And Bumstead’s legs might be enough to give his rivals a nightmare. At least, that’s what his fans think.

Chris Bumstead is not taking the competition “lightly”!

Mr. Olympia 2022 championship is beginning on December 15th. All the bodybuilders are training hard to prepare for the esteemed event. One among them is the fan-favorite Chris Bumstead who will compete in the Men’s Classic Physique category.

CBum often shares his training posts with his fans, and his latest “leg day” picture on Instagram will make you drool. Talking about his final training days before the competition, Bumstead wrote in the caption, “Those last leg day feels😮‍💨 Such a unique week where every day is the last of something before the show. Shit I been doing so consistently and diligently all year leading up to one day. The last workouts, last cardio sessions, last massage, etc… We’re getting real close to game day and I can’t fkn wait 😤”

However, many fans might have not read the long caption because Bumstead’s massive legs have caught everyone’s attention.

No, Bumstead is not joining the NBA and is still very much dedicated to bodybuilding. However, before Mr. Olympia 2022 championships, the Canadian star revealed that he follows Michael Jordan‘s pre-game ritual.

In a YouTube video, Bumstead unboxed a pair of ‘2015 Jordan 1 Retro High OG Lost and Found shoes. The bodybuilder also explained that he had been waiting to wear the shoes for the prestigious contest and tie the laces himself before going on the stage, just like Jordan did on the basketball court.
