Some people are destined to meet each other. The Arnold Classic champion, Nick Walker, and fitness and health coach, Maria Carvajal, were bound to meet one another, as both the icons come from a similar field and share a common inclination toward bodybuilding. The pair first met last year in February and started dating soon after. Since then, the duo keeps taking all the social media brownie points through their fascinating love language.

The year 2022 ended in the most superior manner for the Mutant, as he walked in 2023 with the accomplishment of completing 4th in Mr. Olympia 2022. Not just that, the 28-year-old also moved forward in his relationship with Carvajal, as they purchased a house together in November 2022. Interestingly, the 28-year-old credits his success and accomplishments to his Spanish girlfriend. At every opportunity he gets, Walker goes above and beyond to express his gratitude for Carvajal. Now, as the power couple celebrates their first anniversary, the bodybuilding icon again stood atop the podium to express his love for his girlfriend.

Nick Walker penned a beautiful message for Maria Carvajal

In Walker’s latest Instagram post, the Mutant shared a picture of himself with his girlfriend. Captioning the post, Walker wrote, “Happy one-year anniversary my love”. Interestingly, the picture the bodybuilder shared is the “first picture” the couple took together after they started dating.

Detailing the tidbits of last year, the 28-year-old mentioned, “what a year we had together full of ups and downs, twist and turns”. The year 2022 was indeed a year of success for the Mutant. However, on the relationship front, the couple went through a rough patch as per the bodybuilder’s post. Nevertheless, Walker expressed his positive outlook on everything the duo went through. He added, “It has only made us that much stronger and closer”.

Penning his heartfelt gratitude, the bodybuilder wrote, “you’ve made me into a better person. For that, I will always be thankful”. Walker’s encomium for Carvajal does not end there, as he further promised Carvajal “a real celebration”. Nonetheless, it is not the first time that the Mutant framed such beautiful lines for his partner.

On December 25, the bodybuilder posted a photograph of him and Carvajal as he penned a grateful note for the young lady. He thanked the young health coach for being close by during his rough times and supporting him through his Mr. Olympia prep. “Thank you for loving me for who I am as a person….All the good and bad moments led us to become closer to ever”, wrote Walker. 

Not just that, Maria Carvajal’s Instagram handle also flaunts her fascination with Nick Walker. She often shares their stills from either gym workout sessions or their impromptu weekend excursions. The two fitness icons rather make a staunch couple, don’t you think?
