After reaching busy adults through their emails, Arnie is now taking his fitness crusade to the next level. The bodybuilding icon is using artificial intelligence for his new podcast Arnold’s Pump Club-800. The name of his podcast is a witty wordplay on Schwarzenegger’s famous character from the iconic sci-fi film franchise, The Terminator.
In the films that turned the Austrian Oak into a household name in America, he played a robot assassin called the T-800, a.k.a the Terminator. On April 2, Arnold Schwarzenegger released a video on all his social media handles, explaining why he chose artificial intelligence to host the new podcast.
Since Scharzenegger’s mission was to help busy, working adults reach their fitness goals, many requested that he start a podcast. Podcasts and audiobooks have become popular choices for consuming media, as one can multitask while listening to engaging stories. Hence the seven-time Mr. Olympia decided to start a podcast for those who are too busy to read his email newsletter.

“With my schedule. I couldn’t possibly read these emails every day… so I trained a machine with about every little detail of my voice,” he said in the video. The millionaire also assured his follower that he has full control of the machine. “If you’ve seen my movies. I know what you might be thinking,” Arnie said. The Terminator actor reiterated what he wrote in the caption, “The Arnold’s Pump Club-800 is a good machine I trained to help humanity, but I know how to handle it if it turns on us.” However, there’s a good reason why Schwarzenegger assured his fans.

Earlier this year, the AI, ChatGPT exploded in popularity after doing complex tasks in seconds.
