Ronnie Coleman dislikes labeling people

Back in 2012, in a casual interview with The Beijinger, Coleman was asked his views on the word meathead. To this, Coleman said that people who do not work out and do not know about fitness often used the word.

He further explained that these people are jealous of toned people and don’t appreciate the efforts put into building one’s muscles. He said. “Most of the time it’s jealousy.”

Coleman also said that he doesn’t like to describe people by the way they look. “I personally don’t like labeling people, especially based on the way they look,” the legend explained. In simpler words, Coleman is of the opinion that meathead is not an ideal word to describe someone physically. One can use words like well-built, muscular, toned, etc. to define someone’s physique.
