Joseph talks about the pressure of being a Schwarzenegger

As Joseph Baena sat down for an interview post his elimination from Dancing with the Stars, he recounted his journey. Talking about his journey, he emphasized a particular performance. He confessed how his ‘My Way’ performance was monumental for him. The song lyrics held great significance for him.

He added that the song made him realize“I’m not trying to live up to anyone else’s expectations, and I’m not trying to be anyone.” The youngest son of bodybuilder turned actor Arnold Schwarzenegger, Joseph, had always been the media’s favorite. Since the news came to the limelight that Arnie fathered him outside wedlock, public interest grew more.

The 25-year-old confessed, “for any kid, or any son, daughter, child of any high-achieving parent, it’s difficult, you know, it’s difficult for anyone — it doesn’t have to be a superstar.” He continued, “On my end, it’s an extreme of having a superstar father. “Being the son of a high-achieving father, the challenges are many. Sometimes it’s difficult “because there are so many expectations with being the child of a high-achieving parent.”

With a big name comes enormous responsibility comes. At 13 years old, Katherine Schwarzenegger knew that she was constantly in the public eye.
