While Arnold Schwarzenegger was providing Monday motivation to his fans through one of the thousands of lessons he learned in the gym, Mike O’Hearn took the opportunity to put his demand out there. Mike commented on Arnold’s post. He wrote, “The GOAT 🐐 now lets see the behind the scenes or old footage of Pumping Iron. The world 🌎 would pay to see that extra footage.”

“behind the scenes documentary would be amazing or even an extended version with unused footage, shame some of the guys are no longer with us”

“someone pitch this to @netflix would be an epic 50 year anniversary release!”

Schwarzenegger explained to never set a limit for yourself at any point in your life. He said so because he believes no one can know their limits, as the limits change with time. He gave his anecdote as an example. Schwarzenegger wrote, “I failed to bench press 500 pounds many times, but that didn’t mean my limit was 495. And I proved that when I finally benched 500 pounds.”
