Lou Ferrigno is one of the most renowned bodybuilders in the world. The legend has expertise not only in bodybuilding but also in acting. Ferrigno played the role of Hulk in the ‘Incredible Hulk’ TV series that aired from 1977 to 1982. He has also won two consecutive IFBB Mr. Universe titles. Despite having 80–85% hearing loss, the legend struggled through and achieved big things in his life.

Back in 2017, Lou Ferrigno wanted to become the head of Donald Trump’s Council on Fitness, Sports, and Nutrition. The bodybuilder was directly in contact with the ex-President regarding this. It looks like Ferrigno had a vision for the country.

As Lou Ferrigno was running for the Head of the President’s Council on Physical Fitness & Nutrition, he wanted to bring changes. He was determined about it.

“It is hard to be in politics,” Ferrigno said and continued, “Trump is a great president.” The bodybuilder also acknowledges how hard it is to be a politician. He supported Trump as president. Not only did the bodybuilder offer Trump his support, but he also promised to “make America healthy again.”

He was also confident about his responsibilities. He knew that he was the best candidate for Head of the President’s Council on Physical Fitness & Nutrition. Previously, the council had infamous bodybuilders such as Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Ferrigno was power-hungry because of all the things that happened to him. He was a big fan of the comic book character Hulk. The Hulk, who was a big green alien that could crush anyone in his path, became his favorite.

While preparing for Mr. Olympia in 1977, he was offered the role of the Hulk. The bodybuilder’s dream came true! He just became his childhood superhero.
