Massachusetts native Jay Cutler gave Coleman a run for his money on stage and placed second to The King four times. However, he finally dethroned Coleman in 2006. The iconic rivals have now become great friends, and Cutler’s recent gesture left Coleman “speechless.”

Jay Cutler and his wife, Angie Feliciano, recently attended The Fit Expo LA. After the event, she posted a picture thanking the organizers and her husband. The bodybuilding icon reposted his wife’s post on his Instagram page. However, the t-shirt Cutler wore caught the eye of fans and his rival-turned-friend, Ronnie Coleman.

Less than a week ago, the four-time Mr. Olympia winner posted a photo of himself and his wife at The Fit Expo. In the photo, Cutler is wearing a customized t-shirt with an image of him and Ronnie Coleman hitting the most-muscular pose side-by-side. The picture is from the early 2000s when the two bodybuilders competed against one another on stage. Coleman spotted the image on the t-shirt and could help but comment on Cutler’s post.

The former Mr. Olympia’s comment proved he didn’t expect the respectful gesture. “Is that a picture of me on that t-shirt your wearing? Wow, thanks Jay, I’m a little speechless on this one. I really don’t know what to say. Thank you, bro, it’s an honor.” Coleman commented on the post. His comment received 87 likes and is the top comment.

Fans of the two icons also spotted the image. They loved that Cutler paid homage to his iconic rivalry with the eight-time Mr. Olympia. IFBB pro-Yarishna Ayala commented, “we love you guys.” Others wanted a shirt just like that. “Where can I get that shirt???” commented one fan.
