Flex Wheeler wrote on his Instagram, “Unfiltered coffee…let’s dig into that. Tverdal A et al found that drinking unfiltered coffee increased your risk of dying by 15%”. Randi Selmer, Jacqueline M Cohen, and Dag S Thelle were the other contributors to the study. They aimed to find out if any factor beyond the already existing factors is responsible for cardiovascular mortality. Wheeler continued, “The study published in the European Journal of Cardiology showed a ‘strong and convincing evidence of a link between coffee brewing methods, heart attacks, and longevity'”.
“Unfiltered coffee contains 30 times more harmful substances. This study tracked 508,747 men and women from 1985-2003. The study also found a link between unfiltered coffee and Type 2 diabetes NOW…K-cup coffee (seen in most office buildings) also tend to taste like absolute sh*t, so there’s that as well”, said Wheeler listing the other details about the study. He also touched upon how coffee, sealed in some kind of plastic cup often doesn’t taste well.
