“I’m Moving On”- Arnold Schwarzenegger Denied Pressing Charges on the Kid Who Publicly Attacked Him in 2019

Undoubtedly, the bodybuilding legend Arnold Schwarzenegger has a huge fan following. But amongst the people who adore the Terminator, there are some haters as well. However, the way he approaches all sorts of negativity in his life proves how great of a human being he is. When a kid attacked him during the Arnold Classic Africa festival three years ago, he opted to stay calm and forgive.

The most amazing quality Arnold Schwarzenegger possesses is being calm and humble in almost every situation. Very rarely have people seen him getting angry over something. He is always laughing, making jokes, and entertaining everyone around him. It’s like he is in some kind of trance, where he is in a jovial mood most of the time.

Arnold Schwarzenegger doesn’t press charges on the boy who attacked him

At the 2019 Arnold Classic Africa festival, a boy attacked Arnold with a flying kick from behind. The guards immediately took the attacker into custody and everyone was expecting some serious charges against the boy. However, the bodybuilding legend didn’t give the incident much importance.

He wrote on Twitter, “Update: A lot of you have asked, but I’m not pressing charges. I hope this was a wake-up call, and he gets his life on the right track. But I’m moving on and I’d rather focus on the thousands of great athletes I met at @ArnoldSports Africa.”

While any other person in his position would have been furious, Arnold handled the situation like it was no big deal.

Arnold defends his attacker

Apart from not pressing any charges, Arnold further requested people on social media to hide the attacker’s face so that he doesn’t get in trouble. He wrote, “And if you have to share the video (I get it), pick a blurry one without whatever he was yelling so he doesn’t get the spotlight.” Perhaps after watching Arnold’s response to the whole incident, the attacker might have felt ashamed of his act.

Being a renowned celebrity as Arnold Schwarzenegger is not easy. Sometimes you get all the love in the universe while other times you have to handle situations like these. However, if you are mentally as strong as the bodybuilding legend, perhaps nothing can hamper your state of mind.
