After concluding yet another massively successful season of the Arnold Sports Festival, Arnold Schwarzenegger has a very important message for everyone. No, it doesn’t have anything to do with the festival or sports. It goes far beyond that. It deals with the paths of humanity, which Arnold feels has been straying lately. In the latest YouTube video uploaded by Arnold’s channel, he talks about the rising “hate and antisemitism” all over the world.

Moreover, he talks about the two paths people generally have. One is the tough one, where there is resistance, problems, love, and care. On the other hand, the path of hate, and the war against everyone. Schwarzenegger took the example of the thing he knows the most, which is training in the gym to simplify the entangled thoughts, as he revealed a never told story before.

Arnold Schwarzenegger lived through moments of misery and disbelief as he visited Auschwitz a few months ago. He went to the Nazi camp and saw the mass destruction they caused during their severe injustice against the Jews. Schwarzenegger revealed 1.1M people, including men, women and children, lost their lives to the atrocities. As Schwarzenegger relived those moments, he felt extremely hurt and pain.

However, that is why he decided to teach a lesson to as many people as possible with his words of peace. Arnold Schwarzenegger wants people to stop hating and start embracing other people. He urges people to make friends with the ones who need help, and enjoy the struggle of being on the right path, instead of choosing the path of hate.

Schwarzenegger continued his lesson on stopping hate, growing by starting a war against yourself rather than hating others. He included gyming and bodybuilding as an example. Schwarzenegger said, “The muscle only grows from resistance. You have to struggle. You have to build strength. The more I force my hands against that steel bar, the bigger the biceps get, and the stronger they get. When I was trying to squat 600 lbs, and bench press 500 lbs and deadlift 700 lbs, it didn’t feel like a walk in the park. It wasn’t easy.”

The bodybuilding legend continued, “No. I was uncomfortable. It was painful. I was struggling. I was crying out loud in pain. You know something? Your mind and your character are no different than your body and your muscles. If you want to grow as a person, you really have to make friends with passion. Embrace the discomfort. Enjoy the struggle.”

Schwarzenegger shared this message with the world to make it a better place. A place with less hatred, more love, support towards each other, and growth towards a constructive society. He asked people to pull away from hate and anger, and watch as it makes people more empowered than ever.
