It’s no secret that bodybuilding as a sport requires a lot of dedication and discipline. One needs to make huge lifestyle changes and responsible choices in order to clench the title of a legendary bodybuilder. Often, this comes at a cost. In an interview, Kai Greene spoke about how success doesn’t come without a certain amount of pressure attached to it.

Being a successful bodybuilder could hold endless possibilities, but on the other hand, it also brings with it pressure to maintain that title. Kai Greene, however, stressed the importance of preparation. The sport of bodybuilding, especially after achieving big milestones, can get brutal. He exclaims, “without a certain amount of preparation, I think it can kill you”.
