He began as the bubbly Andy Dwyer on Parks and Recreation and underwent a phenomenal transformation for the Guardians of the Galaxy movie. Pratt’s recent video post on Instagram pumping iron has drawn attention from Chris Hemsworth, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Graham Bunn, and other Hollywood stars.

The post has not only left people awestruck by Pratt’s shredded physique but has also given the much-needed motivation to continue pumping iron toward making new year’s resolutions a reality.

Schwarzenegger’s son-in-law and The Jurassic World star, Chris Pratt, gave people every reason to envy his chiseled look. The reality star, Graham Bunn, with a keen eye for detail, highlighted, “Let’s go brother…. I see you ain’t skipping leg day either 🙌🙌🙌. Myyyyyy brothaaaa. #team15” Patrick Schwarzenegger and many others pointed out the conditioning of his legs. 

“Must of[have] done legs before the video,” Patrick wrote.

Stuntman Riley Harper wrote, “Thigh game strong.”

The Men in Black star, Chris Hemsworth, resonated with Pratt and shared words of encouragement. “Yes, mate! Keep it going!”

While his wife, Katherine, responded as a keen listener, “Ohhh okayyyy.”

Undeniably, a fit physique is one of the most defining aspects of an actor and every individual too. More than twenty days into the new year, it is safe to assume that ambitious fitness resolutions have begun to die a slow death. This is why Pratt gives you a statistic-backed reason to keep pushing forward.

While making a resolution is a momentary task, keeping up with it is an ongoing, everyday struggle. The strong and fit actor captioned the post, “By January 21st, 85% of people will have given up on their New Year’s resolution. Be the 15!! Let’s go!”
