Jay Cutler and Ronnie Coleman, two of the former champions of Mr. Olympia, were present during this year’s Mr. Olympia contest. If fact, Cutler went on stage to present this year’s winner, Hadi Choopan, with the gold medal. However, the bodybuilding worlds didn’t guess that the once arch rivals worked out together days ahead of Mr. Olympia 2022. Youtuber Jesse James West also joined the pair.

Cutler and Coleman shared an iconic rivalry. Jay Cutler attempted to snatch the Mr. Olympia title from Coleman for four years until he succeeded in 2006. However, the pair have put their rivalry aside and are now good friends. 

Bodybuilding fans could hardly believe what they witnessed 

On December 17, Jay Cutler posted a short video on his YouTube channel, JayCutlerTV. The video was a compilation of clips of the trio working out together. While fans knew Cutler and Ronnie would be at this year’s Olympia, they didn’t know the two had found the time to shoot a video together.

The video starts with the eight-time Ronnie Coleman working out while Cutler and West encourage him. Then the video shows four-time Mr. Olympia Jay Cutler and Coleman doing dumbbell curls. The trio seems to be having fun, and Ronnie even cracks a joke, making his workout buddies laugh.

Fans went berserk after Cutler published the short video and bombarded the comments section. “Jay and Ronnie working out together. I must be dead,” One fan wrote, probably thinking he had seen a glimpse of bodybuilding heaven.

“It’s great to see the 2 legends training together,” wrote one fan “Two of the best to ever do it… awesome collaboration!” a fan wrote. “Ronnie Coleman and Jay Cutler, what a pair of legends!!” wrote another fan. However, one fan pointed out a fun fact.

“12 Mr. Olympias in that room,” a fan commented, reminding everyone that Coleman and Cutler have won a combined 12 trophies. Phil Heath, Brandon Curry, and Big Ramy combined have won less. One fan was glad Coleman was healthy. “I pray he gets full functionality back in his legs.” the user wrote.

Some fans felt jealous that West worked out with the two bodybuilding legends. “God, I’m so jealous of Jesse. I hope he appreciates workout with two of the best to ever do it,” the fan wrote. “We need more of this!!!” wrote another fan. Is there more footage of the workout?
