Earlier this year, during an interview with Greg Doucette, Cutler opened up about an incident that made him dislike his family. The incidents happened back in the day when Cutler was a student.
Why did Jay Cutler hate his family?
Children often have to do some things forcefully under parents’ pressure. Jay Cutler underwent a similar situation growing up. Cutler said, “I was working before school, after school, school vacations and in family business we never have a clock right. So it was like sun up to sun down and I hated my family for it.”
Cutler’s life was already hard enough with his training and business. In addition, he also loved to stay out partying, which made it more difficult for him.
He said, “My brothers and father would drag me out six o’clock in the morning, and listen I was a kid partying in high school doing all the things that we do and you know I was pretty popular early on so even as a freshman in Sophomore I was out in the weekends late and I would have to go to work on Saturdays and Sundays.
Cutler added, “I would be drinking and having fun late night and you know my dad would be at my bedside like get out of bed you are coming to work and man, I am like I just got in 2 hours ago.”
