4x Mr. Olympia Classic Physique champion, Chris Bumstead, has started his off-season workout training. While other bodybuilders are gearing up for the upcoming 2023 Arnold Classic, Cbum decided to take a break. Even though the fans were looking forward to seeing Cbum in the Arnold Classic, Bumstead decided to give his body time to heal. His main target is the biggest bodybuilding tournament of the year, a.k.a., Mr. Olympia.
Shortly after his 2022 Mr. Olympia Classic Physique win, it was revealed that Chris Bumstead was competing with a torn bicep and managed to pull through the event and come out as the victor. Had he chosen to participate in the Classic, there wouldn’t have been any room for the much-needed healing time. However, taking that little time off has paid off as Bumstead is back in the gym now. Going by his recent update, his biceps are more or less healed now.
