The reporter asked Ferrigno, “You definitely don’t look 62. Is it the Italian skin?” Ferrigno replied, “That could be part of it. But I think the whole key is that I have been weight training and working out for the last 50 years. I don’t smoke, don’t drink. My blood pressure is low — 110 over 60.”
He continued, “My resting pulse is 58-60. I take no medication — just a multivitamin pack and vitamin D. OK, I’ve had both knees and hips replaced — it’s in the family. So I’m not perfect.”

Some lifting tips by Lou Ferrigno
Ferrigno is one of the biggest bodybuilders in the history of the sport. The 6’5″ giant performed high-intensity training sessions to attain that physique. However, lifting heavy is not just enough for creating impeccable muscles. There is much more to that.

Ferrigno revealed a few tips or basic rules to follow if someone wants to gain an indestructible physique. According to Ferrigno, the four basic rules of good health are “technique, consistency, good sleep and good diet.” If anyone is following these four steps, then the results are certain.
