Many fans consider Ronnie Coleman among the finest bodybuilders to have stepped onto the Mr. Olympia stage. The bodybuilder won eight Mr. Olympia titles from 1998 to 2005. However, the bodybuilding world also admired the bodybuilder for his insane strength. Many of his contemporaries have said that the former Mr. Olympia lifted the most weights in the gym. However, his success came at the cost of his long-term health. Since retiring, the bodybuilding legend has struggled with health issues. However, Dr. Adeel Khan showed Coleman a ray of hope.
While appearing on The Menace Podcast with Dennis James, Dr. Khan spoke about the “cutting-edge” treatment that the former Mr. Universe is currently undergoing. After undergoing at least 13 back surgeries, Ronnie Coleman couldn’t walk. However, his condition has improved after stem cell therapy, and Dr. Khan believes this is just the beginning.

The doctor made a massive claim about Ronnie Coleman
The latest episode of The Menace Podcast featured the regular hosts Dennis James, Milos Sarcev, and Christopher Cormier. Dr. Adeel Khan, currently working with bodybuilders like Ronnie Coleman and Big Ramy, joined the trio as the guest. During their conversation, Dr. Khan said, “I can’t reveal too many details about what’s going on with him (Ronnie Coleman) but he’s going to get better with the treatment we’re going to do.”
“We’re doing mainly stem cell treatments for him.” said the Regenerative Sports Medicine Specialist. Unlike many who believe Coleman suffers from structural issues, Dr. Khan believes “it’s more nervous system related.” He also disclosed how he is currently treating the former Mr. Olympia’s nervous system. “I’m working on treating his nervous system with stem cells and something called ANF which is amino neuro frequency.”
ANF is a “special type of neuro frequency, which we program into the nervous system,” explained the specialist. “I’m confident I can fix him,” claimed Dr. Adeel Khan.
How stem cell therapy has helped the bodybuilding legend
Before working with the Regenerative Sports Medicine Specialist, Ronnie Coleman had traveled to Mexico for stem cell therapy. In September 2022, Coleman appeared on The Menace Podcast and shared how the treatment has helped him deal with the pain from multiple surgeries. “It works real good. I was in a lot of pain. It all went away like four-five days later,” Coleman said.
