The seven-time Mr. Olympia loves working out. Despite leaving competitive bodybuilding decades ago, the former Mr. Olympia has never stopped working out. As a result, the bodybuilding icon is still going strong at 75. Even after multiple heart surgeries, Schwarzenegger’s dedication to physical exercise allowed him to bounce back. The former champion also wants others to live healthily and announced his plan to achieve that goal a day before Christmas on Twitter.
Arnold Schwarzenegger is on a fitness crusade
On 24th December 2022, Arnold Schwarzenegger posted on Twitter about beginning a daily email newsletter called The Pump Daily. “Here’s my gift to you. Starting on Jan 1, I’m going to send a daily email with challenges, recipes, and health and fitness info to pump up my fitness crusade. It’s free. Sign up.” Arnold wrote in his post. He also included a sign-up link.
Those who clicked on the link landed on The Pump Daily’s website. “For more than 50 years, I’ve been on a fitness crusade to help people be healthier,” read the page description. The description also mentioned the drop in overall health levels despite the growth of the fitness industry. However, the former bodybuilder aims to change that with daily tips on workouts and diet.
Schwarzenegger’s surprise announcement delighted fans. Since then, many have signed up for The Pump Daily. However, the former Mr. Olympia upped the incentive in the monthly newsletter. Schwarzenegger announced he would pick three people from those who perform all the actions in 30 days. The three lucky winners will get free lifetime access to Schwarzenegger’s upcoming fitness app.
