When someone talks about bodybuilding, a name that will definitely come into the discussion is Ronnie Coleman. The 8-time back-to-back Mr. Olympia title winner is also one of the biggest bodybuilders in sporting history. Coleman weighed around 300lbs during competitions at his peak. It was impossible to defeat him at his peak.

However, after retiring, Coleman continues to work out to this very day. Other than that, he has a supplement production unit and a YouTube channel where he uploads various stuff. One of the things he does on his YouTube is his reaction videos to popular people with unique content. Recently, he reacted to the workout video of Jujimufu on his channel.

Ronnie Coleman couldn’t stop cheering for Jujimufu

Ronnie Coleman loves to work out and watch anything related to bodybuilding. And especially when it is someone who has unique techniques or ways to train, there is nothing more exciting for Ronnie. Similarly, while watching Jujimufu move and lift, Coleman looked like he was on the edge of his seat. At the beginning itself, Coleman was pretty impressed.

Ronnie exclaimed“Oh damn… That is real impressive. I really need to see that sh*t, holy moly. Woah… That’s some real impressive stuff right there.” And following further in the video, Ronnie was visibly cheering for him. Ronnie said, “Come on let’s go Juju, you the man, bro. Moreover, when he pulled out multiple backflips, Ronnie was astonished. He said, “Holy moly, was that a backflip? Holy moly, another backflip.”

While watching him work out, Ronnie couldn’t help but use his pumping words such as, “Ain’t nothing, but a peanut, Lightweight baby.” In the end, Coleman reviewed the video and said, “Nice workout Juju. That’s how you do it. He is strong and flexible. That takes a lot. That is one impressive athletic guy. And Juju anytime you want to get a workout in with big Ron, I am all down for it.”

Coleman was himself a gigantic beast at his peak

If someone has the right to judge or review a massive bodybuilder, it is Ronnie Coleman. Coleman had one of the most limitless workout regimens. He never put a limit to his strength and lifted to failure. 5’11” tall, bodybuilder, had an indestructible physique during his peak, especially in 2003-05.

The King, Coleman, had one of the biggest biceps and chests, 24″ and 58″ respectively. Other than that, his legs were pretty hardcore as well. His thighs used to be 36″, with calves measuring 22″. These outstanding measurements, and the quality and definition of his muscles, kept him on the top for eight consecutive years.
