Former wife of Arnold Schwarzenegger, Maria Shriver, earlier took to her Instagram profile to mourn the sad demise of her dear friend Nick Chavezbh. Pouring her heart out, the mother of four honored the memory of 66-year-old Nick in a heart-warming, emotional tribute. Shattered by the loss, she walked down memory lane to recall the good old times spent with him.

Losing the battle to pancreatic cancer, Nick, over the years, had earned himself a name as a popular hairstylist and hairdresser. Remembering the high-spirited soul, the Kennedy clan descendant penned down a moving eulogy where in she revealed how her “heart broke for him.”

Praising his zest for life, the former first lady of California recalled how determined Nick was to enjoy life. Even though he was fighting for his life, he was passionate about living life to the fullest. Recalling his words, Maria wrote, “I have so much more to do, so much more to live for. This cannot be happening to me now. Not now.”

Maria revealed how Nick tried everything possible to prolong his life but ultimately had to bow down to divine planning. Deeply shocked by the current happening, Maria wrote, “I really had no words, so when I eulogized him this past weekend, I spoke about my love for him.” Recounting all the amazing moments they spent together, she took her moment to thank him for making her feel beautiful.

Nick was a year younger than Maria; he was not just a stylist for Maria but a good friend and guide. She was moved beyond words to see his passion for life. For those unversed, Nick owned and operated a top-end hair product line and hairstyling salon in Beverly Hills. He was also an actor and model by profession and has appeared in movies like The Restless, The Young, and Hollywood Detectives. 

Remembering the rich legacy that Nick felt behind

As Maria rightly puts, “Nick was an artist, a brother, a dedicated son, and a self-made man.” His professional prowess made him a known name in the fashion industry. He was integral to fashion shows like E! Fashion Emergency, Extreme Makeovers, and The Montel Williams Show.

Leaving him his dreams and the mortal word, he departed for his heavenly abode on December 23, 2022, in his Beverly Hills residence. A native of Yuma, he worked really hard to turn dreams into reality. He is survived by his wife.
