75-year-old Arnold Schwarzenegger’s exercise routines and physique are the envy of many. To share his secrets to fitness, the bodybuilding icon gave fitness enthusiasts a positive fitness corner online on New Year’s Day. Schwarzenegger started a newsletter, and its massive success has attracted 310,000 (and counting) people to subscribe. The actor expressed his gratitude for all the support he has received in growing his “village,” while making a rather surprising revelation.
Gratitude was shared with all concerned individuals, with Schwarzenegger’s team (Daniel and Adam) getting a mention in the note of thanks. A key takeaway from The Sixth Day actor’s message on Day 103 is that Arnold’s Pump Club is going nowhere.

Arnold Schwarzenegger’s “village” has been expanding, making them get a crucial mention on Day 103. The $450 million worth actor wrote, “I want to thank all of you.” He then proceeded to divulge the takeaways that fueled him to keep producing fitness content.
Schwarzenegger wrote, “Because I knew we’d have a great time and it would be a lot of work, but I didn’t know how much joy I would get every day from your messages. I read everything I can. I love your tweets and your Instagram posts because I love hearing how we are helping you, but I know when you post in public, you’re out there helping to grow our little village.”
While writing the thank you note, he also proudly revealed, “And all the email experts told us we’d need to learn how to advertise to grow. We haven’t spent a dime! We will, eventually, but for now, it’s just us writing the content you love.”
Interestingly, the 75-year-old also ended a debate that took place last month about his role in the memes he posts on his Instagram account. Schwarzenegger cleared the debate as he thanked Noah for “making absurd memes, and… growing this village totally organically”.
As Schwarzenegger shares the precious knowledge on his platform completely free of cost, he indeed hasn’t spent a single dime. From Day 1, when it was Pump Daily, to Day 103 when it goes by the name Arnold’s Pump Club, he has used his reach to highlight stories and promote a fitter generation. Perhaps the January 1 release has been the reason for people seeking a fitter lifestyle to stick with their New Year’s resolution?
Schwarzenegger used technology to change lives for the better
In reply to a fan on New Year’s Day, Schwarzenegger promised to share things that people could do at home. He even promised that when his app launched, there would be workouts for all levels that do not require a gym. One of the editions included a simple dumbbell workout that can be completed in 15 minutes. The four exercises within it were the Overhead Farmer’s Walk, Alternative Dumbbell Lunges, Press Up Renegade Row, and Paused Goblet Squat.

The newsletter helps people remove the block they have and continue with their consistent hustle to make their lives better. Growing stronger by the day, Arnold also promised “that no matter how big we grow, it’s always going to be the village. We’ll just be the first-ever village with a population of one million.”
