Beating the 2x champion by a huge margin, the underdog became the first-ever bodybuilder from Iran to claim the first position. Though he made the win look easy, it involved years of practice and dedication. Showing his indomitable spirit yet again, Choopan earlier today posted a video on Instagram that showed him lifting mammoth weights despite being in “severe pain.”

Sharing a short clip of himself, Choopan was spotted doing “100 repetitions with a weight of 400kg trap.” But that was not all. What made his post even more enduring was the fact that he was still working out while he was recovering after his dental surgery. Refuting his pain, Choopan decided to prioritize his workout.

Sharing the updates with fans, he wrote, “Half of my teeth have undergone surgery, and there is severe pain in my jaw and face, but my friends are interested and want to progress and grow.” Thus, refusing to back down, the bodybuilding champion, on the advice of his friend, is giving his best to stay pumped.

Adding more, he quotes, “We must strive for them, even with the pain of suffering, together with hard work and perseverance, we must be ready to fight with the iron goal.” Even though, unlike his industry colleagues, he won’t be competing in the upcoming Arnold Classic, Choopan is not taking his workouts easy. Giving his best to make sure he retains the Sandow trophy. He keeps sharing his workout videos with his Instagram family.

Hadi gives glimpses of his ‘beast’ mode

He may have won the most coveted title in bodybuilding, but his zest to strive for better looks unquenched. Giving his best every day in the gym, Choopan keeps on sharing his workout tidbits with fans. A few days back, he gave glimpses of his bare body. Flexing his chest muscles and biceps, his body aesthetics looked impeccable. Thoroughly impressed with his dedication, his admirers were quick to shower him with praise.

Quality Quality👊🏾🥇” praised one of Hadi’s fans. While fitness coach Ulisses remarked, “BeastMode My Brotha 🔥”  Giving a clear message to all his competitors Choopan in the said post remarked, “Repeat everything to repeat.” Needless to say, the 35-year-old is looking to hold back his title.
