Charles Griffen was born in Arizona and simply wanted to be big. He grew up to become a renowned contemporary bodybuilder. In recent events, the bodybuilder posted a story on his Instagram which stirred up a storm amongst his followers. Just ahead of Mr. Olympia, the bodybuilder can see his leg muscles flashing in the picture. Everyone is truly excited to see their favorite back in action.

But life has not been easy for Don. The athlete faced dire situations in his childhood and had a tough time growing up after the death of his mother. But he has set all that aside and dedicated his life to building his body. Finally, after years of training, he achieved pro status at the 2014 NPC Minnesota State Light Heavyweight competition.

The post, dated December 11, displays the bodybuilder’s buffed-up physique after his last quad-day training. Immediately after it was posted on his Instagram, it gained thousands of likes in a matter of hours, as fans also showered comments to show their support.

“Killing it man” wrote a fan in enthusiasm. Another fan painted a real-life picture of him (metaphorically) saying, “My man’s crazy huge in person.” Fans were excited to see Charles’ final build. “The champ,” wrote one of them. Another fan added, “No need to say anything, just use your eyes.” One fan showed concern about staying healthy by saying, “Continue development the right way it looks good!”

With Mr. Olympia 2022 right around the corner, everyone is excited to see Griffen on the most prestigious stage of them all. “So damn round! Good luck!” One fan wished him. Others added, “Let’s get it” and “Coming in hot.” He received compliments for his unique legs. “You look crazy. Well done,” said one fan. Another concluded, “The grim reaper face is in. Let’s go!”

Initially drawn to sports like football, baseball, and basketball in his high school years, Don ventured into strength training. It was not before his mother’s death and a subsequent spree of drug abuse that he started working towards a healthier lifestyle.

Today he weighs roughly 245 lbs and stands tall at 5ft 9’. Charles believes that bodybuilding saved his life. It helped to introduce structure and discipline in his life and helped him become an IFBB Pro. The two-time IFBB Pro League champion is prepared to shock the bodybuilding community at Mr. Olympia 2022. Griffen has a very realistic take as he heads for his big win. Even though he is preparing to outshine his competitors, he hopes to secure a position in at least the top 10 list.
