Arnold Schwarzenegger will make his much-anticipated TV show debut in Netflix’s FUBAR, releasing on May 25, 2023. In the latest edition of Arnold’s Pump Club, Schwarzenegger wrote that some “major announcements” on FUBAR are coming this week. Schwarzenegger revealed that fans will learn more about the tv series throughout this week’s emails and from Netflix. However, the seven-time Mr. Olympia didn’t forget that his newsletter is about motivating people to pursue wellness in their daily lives. Hence, the bodybuilding icon drew inspiration from his upcoming show to teach his 310,000 subscribers a valuable lesson.

The former Mr. Olympia used a FUBAR reference to reveal how people face multiple problems at the same time. So what solution did Arnie suggest?

“I know when you have a ton going on, it’s easy to let it all hit at once,” said the Running Man actor. He said, “It’s the natural way,” humans tackle multiple problems. However, Arnie implied that trying to solve all your woes in one day would probably end in frustration. He then revealed the correct approach.

“You have to train your mind to line those things up, focus, and hit them one at a time,” said the End of Days actor. However, to drive his point home, the Austrian Oak gave a FUBAR reference that fit the context of his lesson. “Since we have FUBAR news coming, think about a big action set piece in a TV show or movie,” he said.

“I might be fighting 5 bad guys at once. If they’re surrounding me and I have to fight them all at once, it’s going to be a pain in the a**,” Arnie wrote in Arnold’s Pump Club. However, the 75-year-old wouldn’t do that. Instead, “If I can line them up and deal with them one at a time, I have a chance. Try to do that in your life,” said Schwarzenegger.
