Ahead of her new book Good Night, Sister, Katherine Schwarzenegger Pratt has been actively promoting her new ventures. The book talks about sisterhood and the emotions surrounding the bond. In a fitting promotional event, Katherine invited her sister, Christina, for a candid chat. The idea was to organize a live session with the two sisters while inviting questions from fans.

Before the Q&A session began, fans noticed that Christina had recently been active on social media. To set some context, the younger Schwarzenegger was on a brief hiatus from Instagram. Naturally, fans wanted to know the reason behind her break and the reason for her return.

“I honestly found it a bit stressful for myself and I thought it would just be nice to take a break for a second” she answered. She also mentioned how her intention was to take a short break, but it turned into a three-year hiatus from the application. However, she got back on to promote her new Netflix documentary – Take Your Pills: Xanax.

In a strikingly similar account, Arnold Schwarzenegger also reportedly strayed away from technology. In an interview, his son Patrick once admitted that his father refused to own a smartphone. Arnold, in fact, preferred communicating the good old way – through phone calls. Given how Christina has stepped into her father’s shoes with her film career, she unsurprisingly trudged along the same route. Now that the siblings have paved their own paths, it is endearing to witness them carry a significant trait from their parents.
