Kai Greene isn’t just an uncrowned bodybuilding icon, the Arnold Classic winner is also an actor, artist, and entrepreneur. After a rough childhood, Greene discovered bodybuilding and began working on his mental health as well. The bodybuilder started competing in 2004, however; he gained popularity after 2010. Kai Greene highlighted that a strong mind was the key to his success in 2019. Green said“My own personal success is largely empowered by being able to recognize how powerful my thoughts are.”

“Thinking and acting and working in a specific way, you cannot only create the arms and the chest you want to build but, ultimately, you can create the life you want for yourself,” said the Arnold classic winner.

Greene also said when one realizes the ability to control ideas, one can even harness “the power to create and shape your own destiny.”

Kai emphasized the power of the mind in his philosophy of working out as well. The champion bodybuilder is a prominent advocate of the mind-muscle connection. Kai explained he believes the mind-muscle connection is the biggest factor in training.

Greene said the connection forms when one pays attention to the muscle during a particular exercise. By repeating this practice, one can build a strong connection. After a point, the mind-muscle connection becomes strong enough to target specific muscles and also enhances posing.

Kai Greene loves to draw. The Arnold Classic winner has also developed a unique aesthetic for his art. Kai is versatile as well, since he can draw detailed human subjects and create stylized comic book panels. The Mr. Olympia runner-up even released his comic book series in 2019, titled “The Chronicles of King Kai”. The bodybuilder created the art and also scripted the story for his comics.
