Messy childhood, financial difficulties, depression, health hazards, and accidents, he has been through it. Every time life tried to bring him down, he bounced back stronger than ever. With his determination and never give up attitude, he has achieved a lot in his life.

Wheeler’s Biggest Achievement

During an interview with bodybuilding.com, in 2019, Flex was asked what, according to him, was his greatest bodybuilding achievement. Ken’s reply was as sentimental and inspiring as his journey so far. To answer the question, Flex said that his greatest achievement stems from his personal life.

He shared that after the depth of darkness that he’s been through and is still shining brightly, that in itself is an achievement. He said, “Accomplishing all I did was a major achievement, given the obstacles I had to overcome. A kid coming from welfare, who was suicidal, and dealt with sexual abuse.

He further added that instead of giving in to the dark side and looking down upon yourself, one should try to overcome the problems.
