Flex Wheeler, also known as ‘the Sultan of Symmetry’ in the bodybuilding world, is one of the toughest bodybuilders the world has ever seen. To date, his life has been far from easy. From poverty and child abuse to life-threatening health conditions, Wheeler has faced many obstacles in his life. However, never once did he let them stop him. Now, the 57-year-old is trying to spread positivity among his followers and instill in them his undying spirit. Recently, Wheeler shared a highly motivating video on his Instagram profile. Through this video, Wheeler used the story of his life to connect with his fans.

Wheeler urged them to not give up when faced with difficult times, just like he didn’t. Furthermore, he offered that those in need of assistance could contact him and his team.

On 9th February 2023, Flex Kenneth Wheeler took to his Instagram to share an inspirational video with his fans. The video featured the tough bodybuilder working out in the gym, doing various leg exercises on heavy machines despite having one amputated leg. The video had a voice-over through which Wheeler shared his message. He started by asking for a minute to talk about the setbacks and hurdles everyone faces in life. He continued, “As I said many times before, life is going to deal you lemons. It’s your choice to be sour or make lemonade out of it and serve it sweet. In my 57 years, I’ve been through a lot, to say the least.”

He further listed down the things he has been through. While talking about being homeless and being raised on welfare, thereafter, Wheeler said there is nothing wrong with it. However, the gruesome part was being beaten and molested from age 5 to 13. Post that, he fought one of the most the deadliest kidney diseases, focal glomerulosclerosis. And the latest hurdle was losing his leg.

However, despite the hardships, Wheeler asserts he hasn’t and will not allow it to imprison him. “I will never allow my body to prison me. I will continuously push back and try to set new goals and boundaries for myself. And I suggest you do the same,” said the Sultan of Symmetry. Moreover, he offered a little help to his followers.

As someone who knows how hard life can get, Wheeler is there to support his fans through their tough times. While ending the video and also in the caption of his post, Wheeler mentioned that he along with his team would help those who are looking for it.

He wrote, “Life will put roadblocks in your way, it’ll be up to you to keep moving forward. But, you don’t need to walk this path alone! I truly understand what life can do, let’s work on you as a team!”
