She pens, “ I have to work friggin hard for my mental and physical health because if I didn’t and just hoped my genes would carry me through life, I would probably be in severe depression with an eating disorder.” 

The video shows the tough regime Coleman has to go through in order to maintain a healthy standard of living. Her fitness routine includes regular workouts, a balanced diet, and plenty of rest. In addition to her physical fitness routine, Cici also prioritizes her mental health. “Prioritizing my health has allowed me to live a happier life,” the star wrote. She notes that mental health is just as important as physical health and emphasizes the importance of self-care and mindfulness.
