Though Heath has not officially announced his retirement, he has taken a break from the stage for a while now. While on this break, Heath uses his voice to motivate the fans to reach their goals.

Recently, Phil Heath took to Twitter to share some inspiring words of wisdom. Later he reshared a screenshot of this on his Instagram. So what message did Heath have for his fans this time?

Phil Heath encourages fans to fight their battles

On 27th March 2023, Phil Heath took to his social media handles to share a powerful message with his followers. Heath believes one shouldn’t let their inner demons stand in the way of their happiness. He wrote on his Instagram story, “Don’t let the inner b*tch prevent you from getting after your goals.”

He further added, “Fight that b*stard because your future self depends on it. 😉” While encouraging people to fight for their future, Heath added the song The Game by Ali Bomaye to his Instagram story. Achieving one’s goal isn’t child’s play, and judging by his next story, ‘The Gift’ is aware of it.

In the next story, Heath reposted a reel shared by a fan. The reel featured the words said by the bodybuilding champion a long time ago. It read, “If it were easy, everybody would be good at it.” Moreover, these are the only instances where Heath has shared some inspiring messages.

From his experience to his learning, Heath shares all the knowledge he has with his fans. Not long ago, he came across a video that was posted on the official account of the late martial arts legend, Bruce Lee. In the video, Lee shared tips on how to not let distractions impede your progress.

In the video, Lee pointed a finger at the moon. While his students focused on the finger, he said, “Don’t concentrate on the finger or you will miss all that heavenly glory.” The simple yet powerful message inspired the bodybuilding beast as well. Spreading the message further, Heath shared it on his Instagram story.
