Genetics plays a significant role in bodybuilding. Whether it be for professional bodybuilding or personal fitness. Many mainstream bodybuilders have credited their parents for good genetics that helped them get massive muscles and strength. Similarly, a month ago, a female fitness influencer, Kira Lindner, shared a video with her mother and thanked her for the genetics she has passed on to her.

Bodybuilding influencer shares a grateful message for her mother

Kira Linder was a New York State Discus champion in 2019 during her last high school meets. However, she was athletic and a champion; but she wasn’t as confident about her body. Nevertheless, things changed. In 2022, Linder decided to change the way she thinks and dedicated herself to workout, training, and a healthy lifestyle.

Other than that, she also promotes the inhibition of body shaming and asks more females to love their bodies as they are. After 2022, there was no turning back for Kira and she has developed tremendously. A month ago, she uploaded an Instagram reel with her mother and thanked her for her genes that helped her in lifting. She wrote, “pov ur mom gave u the best lifting genetics.”

In the video, Linder presents her mother in front of the camera and asks her to check her muscles as she flexes. Further, she gives the platform to her mother and asks her to show her muscles by flexing them. And as she performs the flex, we can understand why Kira was giving credit to her mother. 

Inspired by her mother, Kira has strengthened herself in the last year. From being a chubby girl, she has become incredibly fit and shredded. You can watch her transformation video of the last year on her Instagram account.
