Bodybuilder Will Tennyson is an active fitness and lifestyle influencer. The 28-year-old faced many body image issues when he was young. Everything changed for him when he discovered weightlifting. With the help of a proper diet and complementing exercises, Tennyson pulled off his diet from skinny to muscular. Recently, the bodybuilder shared his weight loss strategy.

Tennyson shared his weight loss journey in an interview describing precisely what he ate and which exercises did he go for.
Bodybuilder Will Tennyson spilled the beans on his transformation experience
While going through his bodybuilding experience, Will encountered a lot of things about his body. Previously, the bodybuilder was a skinny chap experiencing multiple body image issues. Eventually, he adopted certain training and nutrition advice that helped him to effectively transform. The first thing that Tennyson learned in the process was that “80 percent diet, 20 percent training”, is the primary method to transform the body.

Talking about nutrition, Tennyson included high-protein elements in his diet like eggs, fast-cooking steaks, Greek yogurt, fish, turkey sausage, and cheese. He realized that the more meat he ate, his body consumption changed for the better. Moreover, Tennyson learned that one should always eat their allotted calories throughout the day.
Previously, Tennyson would save his calorie intake for the night. The experienced was not great for him. In an interview with Men’s Health, he expressed, “I felt like shit during the day, all I wanted to do was binge, so I have found personally, the more evenly I space my calories out during the day, the less I want to binge, and the better my workouts are.”
The bodybuilder believed they spread out the meals throughout the day to experience a healthy and peaceful bodybuilding process.
Tennyson shares his bodybuilding process
Tennyson learned about the exercises that favored him exclusively. He replaced the barbell back squat with the hack squat and Smith machine bench press over the traditional bar version. Tennyson explained, “You’re able to put more volume on your quads and push closer to failure without having to worry about risking injury, especially on your lower back.”

Talking about supplements, Tennyson only recommends creatine monohydrate. He believes that most people take different types of supplements and it does not do anything for them. Moreover, he also likes to walk 10,000 steps a day and perform rowing workouts.
