Being a former bodybuilder doesn’t mean that Arnold Schwarzenegger lost his charm. The star has maintained his body all this time and continues to work out and keep in great shape. Over the years, Schwarzenegger has introduced multiple initiatives, either in the form of Q&As or activities, that encourage people to get fitter. And now, in true Terminator style, he’s back with more!

Recently, Schwarzenegger launched his daily newsletter, Pump Daily, earlier this year. It comprises the star’s motivational words, along with tips and tricks about good gains. They might also include anecdotes from the star’s life. Readers have been delighted, to say the least, since Schwarzenegger’s words seem to be hitting the correct notes.

Despite letting go of his bodybuilding dreams to don many more roles, Schwarzenegger is a big-time fitness enthusiast. The Terminator star has often gone on to prove that age is no bar when it comes to working out. Pump Daily is his way of ensuring that his fans understand the importance of exercise and take conscious steps to figure out healthier options.

Ever since then, fans have constantly praised the newsletter and its content. Working out and remaining consistent isn’t as easy as one might think. To find a source that not only helps build confidence but also provides the resources to work out properly is fortunate. Many reported how they returned to training after a slump, where one also mentioned, “…Feeling better than ever! #Routine is really much more powerful than just forcing #discipline.”

Others also joined the bandwagon, either praising the newsletter or getting started and sharing their first impressions.

Schwarzenegger shared all of these responses on his Twitter, responding to each one of them with encouraging messages. The initiative has been a hit, and the 75-year-old sure works hard to get his message across. In fact, he once even pumped it up hard to show that working out doesn’t have an age limit.

Old age and two heart surgeries weren’t enough to stop Arnold Schwarzenegger from maintaining his physique. The Austrian Oak always believed that staying fit and healthy is essential to leading a better life. Taking that into account, he once showed fans how he gets his pumps in, regardless of festivities.

Schwarzenegger posted videos on his social media where he performed multiple reps of bench presses and chest pumps before Christmas. His idea was that festivities were no reason for one to skip working out. And that motivated fans to keep up with their routine and stay consistent. Have you checked out Arnold’s newsletter yet?
