Patrick Schwarzenegger had a bone to pick with his sister

Katherine Schwarzenegger recently wrote and published a new book called Good Night, Sister. It talks about the special bond that sisters share in the form of a story. Since its release, the eldest Schwarzenegger kid has been promoting it across various platforms, even conducting live sessions with different celebrities. So, her brother, Patrick, decided to join the bandwagon and cheer for his sister.

However, he did so with a tiny jab. Since the book was about the sisterly bond, Patrick played on that. In his Instagram story, along with the link to Katherine’s book that said, “Get Yours!”, the star had a message for his sister about the title of the book. He highlighted that, as her brother, he felt left out.

The caption below the post read, “Not sure why this book isn’t called good night brother…but anyways...I digress.” Since sisters were the book’s focus, Patrick subtly hinted at being left out of the party. Nevertheless, Katherine and Patrick share a fun relationship that involves a lot of jabs, digs, and love. The star and his siblings are close to one another, and Arnold Schwarzenegger raised them like the average American, so they value their privileges more.

Arnold Schwarzenegger encouraged Patrick to become independent

It’s no secret that the former bodybuilder valued the joys and luxury that life had to offer him. And when he had children of his own, he made sure to pass on these morals and values to them. A significant anecdote that Patrick Schwarzenegger once recalled during an interview was how he would do odd jobs in order to make money.

While his dad was the Governor of California, Patrick was a security guard at a high-end mall. It was because his father encouraged the siblings to pick up regular jobs and fend for themselves. It not only made them independent but also made sure that they had a backup career to fall back on. Arnold’s teachings proved to be useful for the younger Schwarzeneggers, and they’re now paving their own paths successfully.
