But is it necessary to be stage ready all the time? Recently, a bodybuilder posted a video on his Instagram to talk about the discrimination he faces for maintaining a hairy physique. In the video, he hilariously represented a before and after picture that caught the fans in irony.

Julian Titanium, a bodybuilder and a mentor slammed random comments that he received on his social media. Unable to bother himself with the pressure, he added some other guy’s photo in the video.

Julian Titanium is not alone when he talks about this, there are several others who also face the same criticism for hairiness. As he posted on his Instagram saying, “My view on hair vs shaving? I honestly don’t have one I have hair because… I really can’t be bothered to spend 2 hours a week maintaining it shaved.” In addition, he wrote, “When I’m competing – I have to keep it off. When I’m not, I don’t. Simple as that”.

Like anyone else, he does not want to get the same condemnation from random fans every time. To give a lesson, he wrote, “Message here is – just do you. F*** what anyone else thinks or says… Especially if it’s disparaging.”
