Recently, the bodybuilding champion related the immense pressure after winning the Olympia title in 2006 in his newsletter Jay Mail. Describing his popularity and fan reactions after winning the Olympia title, Cutler recounted its drastic impact on his life.

Cutler also implied how his fame after winning made him more conscious of his conduct. With this, Cutler also related an interesting anecdote of a gym, explaining his impact on fans. Giving fans a rare glimpse of his life outside the bodybuilding stage, the 4-time bodybuilding champion held nothing back.

Cutler narrated how his win inspired many fans who considered him their role model. “Every day I run into somebody when I am out, who tells me I am their role model, they have followed me for years and they look up to me.” Elaborating on how positive fan reactions made him feel satisfied, Cutler told how these fan reactions also create pressure.

Later, Cutler admitted, “I have lived with that pressure since 2006, where everybody wants a piece of me, and expects me to be in a certain way.” This indicates how fans’ had higher expectations from Cutler after he won the Olympia.

Afterward, Cutler explained fans’ high expectations of him through an anecdote. “For example, when I was back in Mass, last month, I was training late at night, suddenly the gym was flooded with kids who wanted to train”, Cutler wrote. It seems the kids wished Cutler to give them beneficial tips and help them train. Continuing, Cutler told that while he is happy to inspire people, his impact also made him conscious of his conduct. This was not the only time Cutler shed light on how his life changed after winning the Olympia competition. Jay Cutler shares his training routine at the age of 49

Cutler told fans about his training routine in a Youtube video broadcasted on 12th June 2022 on his Youtube channel JayCutlerTV. The bodybuilding champion said, “I call my training meditation now because I don’t train with, you know how you used to go to the gym and you would train and you’re like oh I want to push this much weight” indicating how Cutler trained in a relaxed manner to maintain a decent physique.

Further, Cutler elucidated that he didn’t have a specific training routine to follow, unlike his bodybuilding days. Hinting how he didn’t like to train late at night, Cutler revealed how training gave him relief after a busy day.
