Enjoying His Post-Olympia Vacation With Fiancée, Chris Bumstead Still Picks a Protein-Rich Food Over “Alcohol”

The 4x Mr. Olympia Classic physique champion, Chris Bumstead, and his fiancee Courtney King often made it to the spotlight for their adorable dynamics. From working out together in the gym to exploring the world together, the power couple has everything covered. Remember last year, when the duo went to Aspen and skied in the beautiful highlands of Colorado? Well, they shared a series of photos on their social media handle and made an impromptu promise “until next year Aspen!”. 

To keep their commitment to the snowy dunes of Colorado, the duo recently visited Aspen and took all the social media brownie points through their delightful pictures.

In his latest Instagram post, CBum shared a series of stills from his trip to Aspen. In one photo, the bodybuilder and his fiancee are giving an endearing pose for the lens while in another the couple was seen wearing a ski suit. Captioning the post, the Canadian penned, “Day 1 in Aspen with the best”. 

Interestingly, in one picture, the 27-year-old is posing for the camera with a plate full of chicken nuggets in one hand and a bottle of Grey Goose vodka in another. Expressing his relish for the nuggets, the bodybuilder wrote, “P.S. I’m picking chicken nuggets over alcohol ALL DAY”.

Moreover, the couple then went on the ski trip with a group of friends and acquaintances. Clearly, the two have a penchant for traveling to new places. However, it seems like the duo loves to visit Aspen more often. Well, there is one more place that holds significant value for the duo.

CBum’s fairy tale proposal was set against the backdrop of Arizonian valley

Last year, the classic physique champion took his then-girlfriend to Arizona and promised her “a little staycation” after attending an event. However, to King’s nonplus, Bumstead kneeled down on one knee and asked her to marry him. Nevertheless, in an interview, King even revealed that she “honestly had no clue” about CBum’s surprise and she didn’t see it coming.  

First a romantic proposal and then skiing, Bumstead indeed is full of surprises. Whether it is the Grand Canyon of Arizona or the beautiful highlands of Colorado, the couple always steals the show with their fascinating love language.
