William Bonac, the 40-year-old bodybuilder is synonymous with perseverance which reflects in his two-decade-long journey in the bodybuilding arena. However, the Ghanaian bodybuilder failed to sport his best physique for 2022 Mr. Olympia and was placed in 9th position in the competition. Unlike his earlier Mr. Olympia participation where he secured any of the top six positions, last year’s performance disappointed him to the core.

Bonac is currently focusing on his family as he decided to take a break from the sport. Now opening up about his physique in the previous Mr. Olympia, he shared his thoughts on a podcast with other bodybuilding legends Milos Sarcev and Chris Cormier.
