Flex Wheeler’s words of inspiration
Though Flex never secured himself the title of Mr. Olympia, he remains one of the bodybuilding elites. Owing to his medical emergency, the budding bodybuilder had to cut short his career. There was a point in his life when he had to undergo nine surgeries in just 11 weeks. Flex was slowly returning to his mundane life after overcoming his battle with COVID-19.

As he slowly returned to the routine, the tough time struck again. As Monstro Coach rightly remarked, “Too much pain for only one person,” Flex yet again finds himself battling with ill health. But his spirit of striving back remains undefeated. In a recent post video, the 57-year-old advised, “strive to improve with your workouts, your eating plan.”
Citing examples from the lives of professionals, he emphasizes that even professionals strive to improve. According to him, this passion and spirit are necessary. Seeing life in a tough light, he adds, “don’t get comfortable.” Not in favor of procrastinating, Flex directs, “never put something off tomorrow what you need to do today.” This message thus stands loud and clear; he wants to “get that work in.”

The results were shocking in the 2000s when Flex underwent a medical examination. The legend had no option but to cut his professional ambitions short after getting diagnosed with a rare kidney disease, for he could no longer keep up with the rigorous training and diet. Hopefully, this time too, Flex will come back healthy and strong. The fans eagerly await their favorite to start his regular life.
