In an interview with Generation Iron, the bodybuilder recalled, “I went against the grain. They wanted me bigger. I decided I didn’t want to do that”. Continuing, Robinson recounted how this decision cost him. This seemingly refers to various bodybuilding competitions where he didn’t win first place. However, he didn’t budge from this decision and trained the way he wished to. So what made Robinson draw the line?

Robby Robinson makes startling disclosures about his bodybuilding journey, health and Olympia 2022
Robinson explained the reason behind this decision. “I do not want to come out of here with kidney liver problem or heart problems or…. being unhealthy”. Evidently, his health was always the top priority for him while participating in bodybuilding competitions.
Earlier, the bodybuilding veteran also commented that he was disappointed by Olympia 2022’s results. Further, he told that fans were also not happy with the results. Turns out, Hadi Choopan was not Robinson’s preferred bodybuilder to win Olympia 2022.
Robbie Robinson’s shocking comment for Big Ramy
Reacting to a 2019 post showing Big Ramy in a bodybuilding competition, Robby gave a very blunt comment. “Ramy should quit be he kills himself for something that really has no meaning Mr. Olympia.”. Later, he said that fans were cheering Ramy on to his death wish. It seems that Robinson considers participating in the Olympia deadly for health.
