One week ago, four-time Mr. Olympia Jay Cutler shared his plans for his 50th birthday on August 3rd. However, Cutler isn’t planning a grand party or vacation. Instead, the bodybuilding icon talked about starting a 12-week body transformation program to get into the best shape he can be at his age. While Cutler has maintained an impressive physique at 49, he wants to challenge himself and get back on his Olympia-winning diet and training to get ripped and even more muscular.

In the video, Cutler listed what was on his plate. “100 carbs of Ezekiel cereal,” said the bodybuilder while showing a bowl full of cereal. He then pointed to a few slices of bread on a plate. “60 carbs of bread, 15 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 3 pieces of turkey bacon,” said Cutler. The bodybuilding icon who defeated Ronnie Coleman in 2006 wrote that it was the “Breakfast of Champions.”
