“Did You Check the Blood for Bacteria…”: Bodybuilder ‘Liver King’ Promoting Blood Consumption Faces Mass Backlash for Dangerous Practice

Liver King, A.K.A. Brian Johnson is back at it again. Despite the recent controversy, King seems to remain unhinged. Liver King has built his entire image on the idea that he is a Natty(All Natural). However, not long ago, he was exposed by a famous Youtuber who claimed that King is far from that. The Youtuber ‘Derek’ brought to light an email sent by Liver King’s ex-coach that contained details of the supplements and steroids King consumed.

While Liver King, though officially acknowledged to the claim, he now seems to be working hard on doing the damage control. He is back to his old ways of consuming raw animal meat and blood. Recently, he took to his Instagram to share a video of the same. However, the post didn’t seem to have the intended effect on the viewers. The fans are no longer holding back from rubbishing his ways.

Fans continue to be upset with Liver King

Recently, Liver King shared a video on his Instagram profile that featured him with 11 shots of blood. While he consumed one on the spot, the video implied that King would be consuming the rest too. One can say that it was another one of King’s feeble attempts to win back his image of being natty.

Adding a caption to his recent post, Liver King wrote, “Sure, Liver King drinks during the holidays… 11 shots of blood. Why?.. because blood contains everything you need to fuel an entire animal… so why not Liver King too? If you want to express your highest and most dominant form, you’ll stop chasing the bubbles & manboy drinks… and start toasting with blood instead. Do these things, Primals.”

Despite his attempts to win back his fan’s support, King seems to have completely lost their trust. Fans made their way to the comments section to express how upset they still were with King. One fan commented, “Such a gimmick. Doubt there is any real nutritional benefits of drinking and believe it is more harmful than beneficial”

Calling him out, another fan wrote, “Another bunch of baloney BS, not to mention a very dangerous practice to be promoting. Did you check the blood for bacteria, pathogens, diseases etc?” A third fan commented, “That ain’t the only shot he’s takin 👊🏽✨” To this, King replied that while he does deserve the harsh treatment, he is attempting to gain back the lost trust. He further added that “Liver King 2.0 forthcoming.”

However, King’s words weren’t enough to sway the fans again. A fourth fan commented, “It’s not real blood. Look at it. Anyone can see this.” Referring to the scandal, another one added, “If you get all you can from blood, why do you need steroids?” Pointing out his unhealthy habits, a fan wrote, “Promoting unhealthy habits for attention and trying to stay relative.”
